That all the activity of the Donee shall be restricted to the confined area of the gifted plot of the Doner.

2. That after proper demarcation from the Donor the Donee shall erect Pillar post/ angle Post at the four corners of the demarcated boundary of the gifted area.
3. That the Donee should also follow all the rules and Regulations of the village community.
4. That in case of any third party within the gifted area Donor shall resolve the area.
