An upcoming American science fiction
action movie called Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is based on the
Transformers toy line and heavily inspired by the Beast Wars plot. The movie
will be the seventh in the Transformers film series and Bumblebee's follow-up
(2018). From a screenplay by Joby Harold, Darnell Metayer, Josh Peters, Erich
Hoeber, and Jon Hoeber, the movie is directed by Steven Caple Jr. The story of
Optimus Prime takes place in 1994 in Brooklyn, New York City, as well as places
in Peru including Machu Picchu, Cusco, and Tarapoto, San Martin. Anthony Ramos
and Dominique Fishback will star in it.
On June 9, 2023, Paramount Pictures will

Scourge,
the head of the Terrorcons and a trophy hunter,
is played by Peter Dinklage. He changes into a black Peterbilt 359 logging semi
truck.
Battletrap,
a Terrorcon played by David Sobolov,
changes into an orange 1980s GMC TopKick C7000 tow truck.
Nightbird,
